He is considered cheap like Lili, but I think he isn't very hard, yet he is a good character. Baek is a beast!! Great high-low mix-ups, and deadly juggles, crazy juggles!! LOL Lili has some crazy juggles also; but I can get more damage out of a Baek Juggle; up to 70 damage on one juggle (even more damage if launched with d33,3 [that's down x x release down x]). ^^
